Shipping within Australia

We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide. Handling takes 3–7 days, followed by 3–9 days in transit. Estimated total delivery time is 6–16 days.

Orders are delivered by Australia Post. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by Australia Post delays, public holidays, weather or delivery to regional and remote areas.

Shipping to New Zealand

We offer free standard shipping to New Zealand for orders over AUD $250. Estimated delivery is 10–14 days.

International delivery times are estimates and depend on Australia Post and its delivery partners. Customs processing may also affect delivery times.

Returns

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. The customer pays return postage and a 20% restocking fee. Please contact us before returning an item.

Returns are accepted where an item is defective, damaged or otherwise does not meet the consumer guarantees provided under Australian Consumer Law.

If you believe an item is defective, please contact us before returning it. Include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where relevant. We will assess the item and advise you of the next steps.

This policy does not exclude or limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
